Aramis The Aramis vineyards consist of just two varieties Shiraz (18 ha) and Cabernet Sauvignon (8 ha). Viticulturist David Mills is a third-generation McLaren Vale resident and has been involved in the establishment of the vineyards from the beginning. Winemaker Scott Rawlinson joined the Aramis team under the direction of owner Lee Flourentzou. Aramis exports to the UK, the US, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong.
