This wine is deep blood red, almost black at the core. A bouquet that is almost crammed with enticing aromas, displaying an amalgam of complex smells. Blackberry nip, kirsch, cola, mocha and vanilla. A solid wine with that heralds typical Barossa-like dense fruit with balanced but opulent mouth coating tannins. There is plenty of depth and mid- palate.
Smooth and polished, with lots of raspberry and black cherry flavors playing beautifully against plush tannins, the flavors lingering on the finish as they pick up black plum and spice notes
