	Medium to full, bright yellow colour with a rich toasty bouquet - the palate has a trace of sweetness and is soft and pillowy, dry but rounded and texturally fine and creamy. The aftertaste is green apple and a nice touch ofaldehyde. Aftertaste is clean and very dry and has a faint grip, perhaps a little hardness. Very good all the same.
