Plus & Minus is a contemporary range of wines developed to be richer in antioxidants, minus the alcohol. These zero alcohol wines have been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweeteners but do see the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process. This GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol. The Plus & Minus range of wines have been uniquely hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards. This ensures the resultant wines remain vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.
A vibrant nose of citrus and apple with a sweet fruit lift. Nicely bubbly on the palate with an effervescent drive providing a good mouthfeel. A celebration style with nicely weighted sweet fruit and a cleansing acid finish. Chill well prior to serving.
A pale pink Rosé showing an attractive nose of strawberries and a gentle earthiness. The palate deliveres ripe berry fruit with a soft mouthfeel and bright acidity. Serve perfectly chilled with a variety of dishes.
On the nose it’s varietal and has aromas of pear, apple and citrus with a slight hint of floral characters. The palate is a burst of citrus underpinned by balanced sweetness and acidity. Try it chilled with a variety of seafood.
Classic Pinot Noir expression in the glass. The nose displays red fruits as well as a characteristic savoury edge. The palate displays typical Pinot Noir characters of dried herb and spice with a touch of natural fruit sweetness. Pair it with mushroom arancini.
The nose displays varietal hits of Shiraz characterised by black fruits, hints of chocolate and vanilla with subtle oak hints. The palate delivers vibrant dark fruits, a touch of sweet fruit and a thin weave of tannins before ending with medium concentration. Pair it with a steak sandwich.
