PALATE
Creamy red fruits float across The palate with underlying cedary oak emerging through the mid palate to the end, supported by silky/fleshy fruit, fine tannins and tight acidity.

WINEMAKING

Wine Spectator

Rich and supple, brimming with complex coffee, tobacco and dusky spice-accented ripe blueberry, dark plum and sloe flavors, hinting at juniper and bay leaf on the finish. Long and generous, this has miles to go, tempting as it is to drink now. Drink now through 2020. 500 cases made.
